Alexandre A.T. Teixeira

PhD Student at Australian Rivers Institute/Griffith University with topic research in the development of an economic temporal and spatial green-grey infrastructure investment modelling to optimize the water security actions in river basins in Brazil and Australia. Graduated in Civil Engineer at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and also Master´s Degree at Civil Engineering Program from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/Brazil (COPPE/UFRJ). Since 2004, I have been working as a water resources specialist at the National Water and Sanitation Agency of Brazil (ANA), where I have coordinated water resources planning studies such as the Brazilian Water Resources Report (available at: conjuntura.ana.gov.br), SDG 6: ANA´s Vision of the Indicators, Environmental-economic Account of Water in Brazil and the Brazilian Water Resources Information System (available at: www.snirh.ana.gov.br).
