Krista G. Kirkham

Krista Kirkham is an Aquatic Ecologist for The Nature Conservancy in Illinois. She received a B.S. degree in Environmental Biology from Eastern Illinois University in 2001, and a M.S. degree in Conservation Biology from Illinois State University in 2005. Since 2007, Krista has served as the lead water quality technician for The Nature Conservancy’s Mackinaw River Program. Krista works closely with agricultural and university partners to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of constructed wetlands and other agricultural conservation practices in tile-drained agricultural watersheds of the Mackinaw River, Illinois.
